No Smoking Policy
Any tenant violating the no smoking rule may cause all tenants to be evicted with forfeiture of all monies paid. Smoking includes all kinds of inhaled lighted material, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.
Premises may not be used or occupied at any time by more than the maximum number of occupants indicated, Day Or Night. Adults and children, including babies of all ages, must be counted. No weddings, graduations, receptions or similar event. Premises served by septic systems may not exceed occupancy of two occupants per bedroom in accordance with North Carolina Law. Bed sizes are indicated to allow flexibility in sleeping arrangements and do not indicate occupancy limits. No teen or college age groups are permitted even if chaperoned by adults. Rental to individuals under the age of 24 is not permitted. We reserve the right to require official identification showing picture and date of birth.
Overcrowding or misrepresentation is cause for immediate eviction and Forfeiture of all monies paid. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
The owners of the Property are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the house Clean and return it to the same state it was in when you arrived.
Please take care of our house like it was your own , No professional cleaning is required by the owner. Use appliances for only use intended.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval of size and breed, and current veterinary papers on health, shots, flea and tick. The PET Addendum must be completed and returned before signing contracts. In order to keep this property pet friendly Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Please Pick up after your dog.
Dogs Are Allowed on beach but they must be on a leash from May 15th through September 30th. At other times the dog must be under voice command of a responsible person, but does not have to be on a leash.
The person must always be prepared to remove any "deposits" left by the dog. These regulations apply to the entire town including the beach.
The property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500
Parking is limited to 3 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted.
Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are
the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
We try not to charge Cleaning or Extra Pet feesBut You Must Do Your Part. We are only interested in renting to responsible people.
Your vacation rental will be clean and in
Excellent condition when you check in on Saturday. Please treat our house like your own, clean up after yourself, And return it to the same state it was in when you arrived.
A dirty rental will require Deductions from your security deposit. There is no daily housekeeping service and no linens or
bath towels are included in unit (see rental info). If you or your guests leave stains, it will be deducted from your deposit .
No professional Cleaning is required by the owner
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation
order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
